All notices, requests, claims, demands and other communications shall be in writing. Such notices shall be given in one of the following
(i) by a nationally recognized courier service,
(ii) by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid,
(iii) by electronic mail
All notices intended to be sent as mentioned in para (i) to (ii) shall be sent at the registered office at Vaidehi Art Gallery, Shree Ganpati Krupa, MP Road, Panvel-410206, Maharashtra, India
Notices intended to be sent as mentioned in para (iii) shall be sent at registered mail at mail@vaidehiartgallery.com and/or vaidehiartgallery@yahoo.com
Notices so given shall be effective upon (i) actual receipt, or (ii) on the 5th (fifth) day following mailing, whichever occurs first.
